    Large-scale commercial projects

    The Suisse Group developed large commercial center, together with a large-scale enterprise in the city of Anshan. Then, we cooperated with Carrefour to establish first chain supermarket in Anshan.

    During 2008 and 2009, Suisse International Investment Corp. developed another commercial development called “Life Space” in the city of Yingkou, which integrates shopping mall, recreation center and entertainment center. With its covered area of 79,000 square meters, Life Space consists of two parts: 2 storeys underground and 5 floors above the ground.

    We have been working on the negotiation of commercial development with the government of GanJingzi district, the city of Dalian since July, 2009. At present, the early stage of planning, such as market research, conceptual design, as well as the registration of related management company, has been almost ready. We will carry out the development work as soon as the land is successfully obtained.

    Manufacturing Program

    From August 2009, we have been undergoing the survey on manufacturing technologies of special purpose vehicle in China. We’ve decided to cooperate with Suisse Lanz Marti AG on this project and bring in design of special purpose vehicle of light weight from Europe, their manufacturing technologies and some critical equipment. We plan to establish a production line of special purpose vehicle which can save energy and reduce sewage discharge. Located in the city of Dalian, the project will produce 10,000 such vehicles annually. The survey and planning of this project has been completed, and now the selection of the location is on our next schedule.

    Food Program

    Suisse International Investment corp. intends to cooperate with the largest raw food material supplier in Switzerland and set up European food chainstores of our own brand in China. We’ve got down marketing survey, programme planning and selection of location, with the plan of opening 100 chain shops in north china within the coming three years.
